🥳 Hello, 2022!
🗓️ A new year and time in history where workplace culture is as important as revenue.
😷 We’re still living in a pandemic with ongoing social unrest while we’ve all learned how to work from home or safely integrate back into an office.
🏡 Many of us have moved to new cities and created a more distributed workforce.
💬 Business leaders and communicators get to create the model for what the workplace will look like next, both physically and culturally. If we’re intentional, this is a moment when great change could rise up and last.
💕 The future is unknown, but there’s one thing that’s certain: what's good for people is really good for business. Because when people are able to live fulfilling lives, they do better work.
📣 That’s why we’re rolling out new employee benefits including every other Friday off (we’re calling it Flexible Fridays) and 20 weeks of parental leave.
😅 Will this go perfectly? Hell no, but one of our values is that we don’t confuse progress with process, so we’re piloting this in Q1 and we’ll adjust as we go based on how it’s working for our people and our clients.
